A Vichy shower is a special kind of shower in which large quantities of warm water are poured over a spa patron while the client lies in a shallow (wet) bed. The bed is similar to a massage table, but with drainage for the water. Relaxing massage is then performed under the body temperature water sprinkles.

This massage increases circulation and lymphatic flows, which aid the body in cleansing itself of toxins.
The Vichy shower treatment provides pressure-point massage jets over your entire body to assist the relaxation and stimulation of the mind and body. The shower head itself is a seven-headed “rain bar”. The rain bar heads can be adjusted to provide either light rain massage or higher pressure to target specific tension areas.
